lainOS - a free arch linux based privacy-respecting platform designed for productivity and maintained by its community.

lainOS is a community-driven Linux distribution based on Arch Linux, inspired by the anime Serial Experiments Lain. Built collaboratively by developers from the global SEL community, it offers a lightweight, powerful, and privacy-respecting platform designed for developers, tinkerers, hackers, and fans who connect with the show's themes of technology, identity, and the Wired.

This current iteration of lainOS is the official successor to the Coding Experiments lainOS project from 2002 at https://lainos.org. A history section will be included soon.
